Top Gun Cleaners LLC has been serving the San Antonio area for over 10 years.
Is there a booking Fee?
Yes, there is a booking fee of $35 to reserve your spot. That fee goes towards your balance once the service is completed. However, it may be non-refundable if customer cancels less that 24 hrs prior to service or if service is unable to be performed without prior notice.
Do I need to be present for Lawn services or Cleaning services?
No, unless the customer requested otherwise. We can complete all the services without the customer's complete instruction from the customer to make sure their home is secure after we leave. We do recommend that customers to be present so that they can do a final walkthrough and point out anything that might be missed. If customer is OK without the walkthrough they can sign the completion of the service without further action.
What if I forgot to open the gate for the backyard?
The customer will only be charged for partial service. In addition, they will be charged a travel fee of $12 for the provider to return and complete the job. This also applies to yards that leave their pets unleashed.

Can you help with design ideas for my outdoor space?
At the moment, we only do maintenance of the lawns, but we will soon offer landscaping services to help our customers remodel their yards.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, we offer free estimates for all our services.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, cash, cash app, Zelle, PayPal, and payment plans (*upon approval).
Can I book today?
Yes, however, we do not have same day service available since all services need to be scheduled at least one day in advance.
How much time can service providers wait for a customer to answer?
Our providers have 1 hr arrival window due to distance. Once provider has arrived, they will only wait 15 min for a response from Customer. After that the service providers are allowed to leave premises without performing service due to unresponsiveness from customer. This will also cause for deposit to become non-refundable.
Can I add services to my order on the same day of service?
Yes, although we do not guarantee that the provider will be able to complete the additional service on that same visit. It all depends on how saturated the agenda of the provider is on that particular day. If they aren't able to complete additional services that day, they will give you their next available date to come back to complete services you added.
